Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday. Please keep in mind that orders placed on a holiday or the day prior may incur an additional day for processing.
COVID-19 may cause delivery delays for shipping companies, affecting delivery time in transit. Currently, we only ship to the continental US. Once an order is placed, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. Local pickup is available on all items.

We accept returns for unused, preserved items for up to 15 days after delivery if they are in their original condition. If you received your shipment via a commercial carrier/LTL, please contact us to obtain a return “Bill of Lading.” We may require photographs of the pallet to ensure weight, size, and condition accuracy. We’ll reimburse the full purchase amount minus the return shipping fees, as well as any restocking fee (20%).
