Our truss manufacturing facility was in need of spare parts/equipment for our assembly line. Truss Builder Parts was there for us every step of the way, from coming on-site to better understand our specific needs, to custom fabrication of parts that were obsolete yet still needed. Their turnaround times were quick and their knowledge of truss manufacturing equipment was first-class as well. TBP has always been very helpful and knowledgeable about what we are working with and what we are trying to do. The parts are well made and shipment is quick. One thing that makes them stand out, is their customer service, they call and follow up after the order (s) were shipped and received -- a lot of companies don't do this anymore. Outstanding group to work with.
