Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday. Please keep in mind that orders placed on a holiday or the day prior, may incur an additional day for processing.
COVID-19 may cause delivery delays for shipping companies, affecting delivery time in transit. Currently, we only ship to the continental US. Once an order is placed, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. Local pickup is available on all items.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. If your order shipped via a commercial carrier/LTL, please contact us for the generation of a return “Bill Of Lading.” We may ask for photos of the pallet to ensure the weight, dimension, and condition match its original details. We will refund the total order amount, minus the return shipping costs and applicable restocking fee (20%).
