Returns & Defective Replacements FAQs
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
How do I return an item shipped via freight/LTL?
If your order was delivered by a commercial carrier or LTL freight, please contact us to generate a return Bill of Lading. We may request pallet photos to confirm weight, dimensions, and condition before processing the return.
Are there any fees for returns?
Yes. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the order total, minus applicable fees.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday. Orders placed on or near holidays may take an extra day to process.
Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
No, at this time we only ship within the continental United States.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Local pickup is available for all items. You’ll receive pickup details via email after placing your order.
Is local delivery an option?
Yes, we offer local delivery. Please call 863-602-2019 for details and availability.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
